Livestream FAQs
Watching Salastina from home is easy. Your livestream will play through YouTube, using the private link we send you by email.
How do I watch the livestream?
1
Click the YouTube link in your ticket confirmation or livestream email. The link will open the concert directly in YouTube.
We recommend opening it about 10 to 15 minutes before the scheduled concert time.
Where can I find my livestream link?
2
Your YouTube link will be included in your ticket confirmation email. We will also send a reminder with the link and concert information about an hour before the livestream.
Can’t find the email? Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder and search your inbox for “Salastina.”
Do I need a YouTube account?
3
No. You do not need a YouTube account or subscription. Simply click the link we send you.
The link opened, but nothing is playing.
4
The concert may not have started yet. If YouTube displays a message such as “Live in 2 hours,” you are in the right place.
At concert time, try refreshing the page or clicking the link again. You can also select YouTube’s “Notify me” option to receive a reminder when the livestream begins.
There’s no sound.
5
First, make sure the volume is turned up on your computer, phone, tablet, or television.
Then check the volume control inside the YouTube player. Make sure the speaker icon is not muted and move the volume slider to the right.
The video is blurry or keeps buffering.
6
Video quality depends on the speed and stability of your internet connection. For the best experience, connect to a strong Wi-Fi network and close any programs or browser tabs you are not using.
YouTube may automatically lower the picture quality when your connection is slow. You can adjust it by selecting the settings icon in the video player and choosing a higher quality, such as 720p or 1080p.
Still having trouble? Refresh the page or restart your device.
How do I make the video larger?
7
Select Theater Mode or Full Screen using the icons in the lower-right corner of the YouTube player.
Can I watch on my television?
8
Yes. Depending on your device and television, you may be able to use the Cast or AirPlay icon to send the livestream from your phone, tablet, or computer to your television.
You may also open the YouTube app on your smart television and access the concert through your connected device.
I missed the livestream. Can I watch it later?
9
The recording will remain available through the same YouTube link for three days after the concert.
Salastina Members can watch and rewatch past livestreams indefinitely in the Member Lounge.
Where can I find the program?
10
The program for the current concert is available on our Digital Program page.
