You do, actually! If you've bought a ticket or made a donation with us in the past, we've already got you set up. 😎 You just need to set a password to unlock it. No new-account hassle, no starting from scratch.

Step 1

• Click here.

• Enter your email address.

• Click "Recover Password."

• Keep an eye on your inbox for a verification email from aws@upstagecrm.io. Check your spam folder if it's playing hide-and-seek.

Step 2

• Open the email and click “Set Your Password and Log In.”

• You may also copy and paste the URL at the bottom of the message to initiate the password reset process.

Step 3

• For convenience, your email address and verification code will be prefilled for you. There’s no need to enter anything in either field.

• Set your password; yes, a real password — with all the fixings. Your password must contain at least:

  • 8 characters

  • 1 number

  • 1 special character (eg. !, @, #, $)

  • 1 uppercase letter

  • 1 lowercase letter

• Enter your new password again in the confirmation field.

• Select the “Reset Password” button.

• You will be automatically directed to the Sign In page.

Step 4

• Sign in with your email and new password.

• You're in! 🥳

• Buy tickets, browse upcoming events, and view all your past activity with Salastina — all from your new account home.

Log into your account and they'll be waiting for you right on your home page. You can also find everything — upcoming and past — under "My Tickets."
