A Musical Salon for the 21st Century

Our Salastina "home" is an opulent, joyful place of beauty, splendor, and living tradition. By day, we’re world-class performers and studio musicians who’ve played on your favorite films. By night, we’re on a mission to broaden the definition of what classical music was, is, and can be.

Happy Hour No. 129: Schubert Lieder with Clara Osowski

Saturday, January 18, 2025 @ 11 AM
Glorya Kaufman Cultural Center Theater at The Wende Musuem

Since our performance of Mahler’s Das Lied von der Erde in the spring of 2023, we have jumped on every opportunity to collaborate with mezzo-soprano Clara Osowski. Her sublime tone, phrasing, and naturalness shine in select lieder by Franz Schubert.

What We Play

Classical, Contemporary, Baroque… if John Cage's infamous 4'33" counts as "Classical Music™," then what doesn't?! When it comes to programming, our guiding principle is simple: we gotta love it, and we gotta wanna share it.
