Our contemporary take on the Salon tradition.

A proprietary Salastina format developed in 2012,
Sounds Delicious alternates live musical selections with gourmet courses inspired by the preceding piece.

The result: an intimate, hedonistic celebration of the senses.

About Chef Becky Reams

Becky, a semi-finalist on Fox’s hit show Master Chef, worked as a private chef for many years. We love how her imagination runs wild when pairing delicious and visually stunning dishes with the music we’ve selected.

The Perfect Bite
747 West Wilson Ave, Glendale, CA 91203

Salastina teams up with Un-Curry, the first organic Indian catering company in Los Angeles, to present a Sounds Delicious event celebrating the diverse flavors of India's people, cultures, and cuisines.

Our menu reflects the variety of travelers who came to India over the ages -- from China, Persia, Great Britain, France, and Portugal -- each bringing their own music, art, religion, and literature along with them.
